Refund and Cancellation policy

REFUND POLICY:

  • If cancelling on or over 30 days before the date of the training, your payments will be refunded minus a €150 (~13500 INR),- admin fee as well as any non-recoverable costs (such as bank transfer fees, venue, catering, etc.).
  • If cancelling under 30 days before the date of the training, your payments will be refunded minus a €500 (~45000 INR),- admin fee as well as any non-recoverable costs (such as bank transfer fees, venue, catering, etc.). 
  • If you have not paid your balance less than 30 days before the first day of the training, your registration may be considered a cancellation and the same terms (in [2]) may apply.  
  • There are no refunds after the training has started.
  • If the training is cancelled for any reason, your payments will be refunded in full, minus any bank or transfer fees.

Note: If you send a payment to be on the waiting list, you can cancel and get a full refund at any time before or when a spot opens up for you. After we email you with an available spot, you will have 24 hours to decline, after which you will be considered as having accepted the spot and the above policy will apply.

 

MEDICAL EMERGENCY/NATURAL DISASTER/COVID CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  • If we have to cancel/postpone the training because of COVID or any natural disaster, we will offer a full refund to all participants minus any non-recoverable costs (such as venue, catering, etc.). We do not assume responsibility for any additional expenses (such as travel costs to the training, personal expenses, etc.).
  • If a participant can no longer travel due to a severe illness, death or medical emergency, we MAY offer a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs (such as venue, catering, etc.). This is contingent upon the situation and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

A commitment to Spiritual Sexual Shamanic Training is a deep commitment to yourself. It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to this training, it is no accident.
Please pay the deposit of €500 (~45000 INR),- to secure your registration. 
Note to add PayPal (5%) and bank fees to the total balance.
The full cost of the training should be transferred before December 12th 2023.
Please note that your payment should be fully completed before this date, otherwise, your participation might be considered cancelled.
